At DEMCO, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding products that have been used, unless they are faulty.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for alternative items, subject to availability.
Please contact us to arrange an exchange and we will guide you through the process.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@demcouk.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
We will respond with return instructions within 48hrs.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photographic evidence to resolve the issue promptly. In these cases, we will cover any return or replacement costs.
